My Workout Song Playlist

Assalamualaikum and hi all :)

Starting December 2018 ni my business team dah build up a group untuk boost up our weight loss journey 2019 nanti. Dah mula sekarang sebab once semangat tu dah membuak takkan nak hold pulak kn? nanti dah lemau. Huhuhu. So as what we all know nak kurus tu semangat kena tinggi. Kena jaga momentum to make sure our goal achieved successfully.

As for my initiative, I will make sure to take care of my FOOD INTAKE and WORKOUT routine religiously. Alhamdulillah now dah 3 hari berturut2 workout at least burn 300++ calories. Part makan masih culas lagi especially yang manis. Aduii dah katanya kuih donut kenalah bergula ye dok? Tapi gebuuu! Camne nak tolak? huaaa. So last week punya result my weight was static. Sis is sedihhh. Mungkin kena EXTRA jaga makan and work out padu2 punya. Lately nampak yang Intermittent Faasting (IF) tengah trend. Nanti sis nak study dulu pasal IF nih dulu. Baru review kat blog nih.

Balik pada topik selepas 2 perenggan punya intro. Bhahahaha. Aqma sejenis yang suka workout dengan music. Bila ada music baru macam semangat and laju sikit pergerakan tu. Tapi sis bukan lah suka lagu depress putus cinta bagai. Tu buat warming down boleh lerr. Hahaha.



Ni my playlist kat spotify. Masa running or jogging aqma memang suka pasang Spotify aje. Tapi my habit bila dah hujung-hujung rasa nak semput tu buka Youtube. Gituuuu! Pastu bila kt youtube ni suka buka BTS perform LIVE sebab bila dengar fans jerit2 tu rasa macam diorang tengah sorak untuk kita juga. Energy masuk dalam telinga gituuu. Over kan theory aqma? Kah kah kah! Kisah?? Yang penting I achieved my target bakar 400 kalori every session. Hihihi.

Selain lagu kan another thing yang boost my workout routine is my protein drink. Aqma minum Shake Me Cocoa sebelum workout. Sebab dalam dia ada Garnicia Cambogia which is agent bakar lemak tahap maximum! Peluh dia memang menitis babe!
